Eastern Railroad Discussion > New v. Old Track Equipment in Kingston, Yard (NY)

I noticed these pieces of track equipment as I passed through KIngston Yard on CSX's River Sub the other day, but didn't have a chance to photograph them until today.  What's significant about the machine on the left is that it is NEW, marked "CSX" and in beautiful light.  As I took the following photos, there was a southbound freight on the main track to the left.  I hope you enjoy them!
