Eastern Railroad Discussion > CSX OCS On The Ohio River SubDate: 01/29/23 11:08 CSX OCS On The Ohio River Sub Author: Ohiorailfan On Thursday January 19th CSX ran their OCS with all 3 F40PHs and 13 cars from Russell, KY to Huntington and then over the Ohio River Sub to New Martinsville, WV via Parkersburg, WV and then down the shortline sub to Grafton, WV. We started our chase at Ravenswood, WV and finished about 30 miles in on the Shortline Sub.

At first I thought it was the angle but every image where they're visible the same orangish color can be seen. Ceramic maybe? It seems newer too; I don't recall seeing that in previous runs (when they ran in 1-2-3 order instead of 1-3-2).
