DCR on the Water
Author: cr2581

After recent success in South Jersey, I decided to seek out similar surroundings in my home state of Delaware. An early getup and an hour drive yielded this spectacular image of Delmarva Central's SE-1 job crossing the Nanticoke River in Seaford. There might be some truth in the age old saying about an early bird catching a worm.

Enjoy !

Indeed, the early bird does nail the action-!  Congrats catching Delmarva Central's SE-1 job crossing the Nanticoke River in Seaford.

Maybe on your next visit you can arrange for a MD & DE RS-3 in the background on the interchange track.  Can't hurt to ask.

Nicely done. This one has been on the “to do” list. I assume it’s around a 0700 departure south?
