1) and 2) #1755 going over the hill along Springfield Depot Road.

We would break off the chase here and head over to Cumberland to hopefully catch CSX #3194 leading a empty hopper train to the Mettiki mines.....

The boy has been working with editing his own photos for a couple of months now. He and I carry the same equipment but it's a treat to see how different the results can be.

All PHOTOS by Grayson Wilson, aka "The Boy"

Thanks,
Tim W.... aka "The Oldman"

Very well done Grayson.  Happy to see a younger person becoming a railfan - and a great rail photographer, at that.  Hope to see more of your work in the future.

Tim, your son Grayson has really done an outstanding job with his photography.  You should be very proud indeed.  Thank you for sharing all his photos with us and have a Safe Memorial Day.

If he's that good at 12, can't wait to see what he's coming up with in five or more years.

I give Grayson five stars, especially for that last photo in the series. It's different. If I were Grayson, I'd print that one and hang it on my wall.

I still have photos of trains from when I was 12, and none of them are that good!

Wow!

Great pics, looks like he appreciates the F unit. Thanks for posting. Railfanning is fun, but more so with a son or grandson. Congrats and thanks again.
