Those TO signals were common on the GN and other roads.

The signal is for a spring switch. The switch used to be on the other side of the street with a dwarf signal.

Good to see. Strict EHH PSR would have condemned this line to 25 mph for locals only.

Its actually a ETMS switch activated by radio.
