I find it curious that Edgepoint parted ways with Ancora and one of Ancora's slated directors withdrew.

I find it ironic that Ancora is taking personal shots at NS's new COO, when their own candidate for the position is rumored to have been terminated by CSX for inappropriate conduct.

And don't we think Boom Boom has a similar non-compete Ancora will have to pay out for him?

In many cases, the hiring company would pay or settle up with the company holding the non-compete.

In that situation, NS share owners would pay CSX.

Now, to be cynical, would CSX be better off taking a cash settlement from NS, getting out from under 10 years of payments, and letting Me Boychuk run NS,

Or would they be better off blocking the deal?
