Norfolk Southern is getting back on trackâbut activist investor Ancora is trying to derail it in a vicious proxy fight (yahoo.com) Date: 04/18/24 20:42 Re: NS gains an unlikely ally Author: akpsteam I find it curious that Edgepoint parted ways with Ancora and one of Ancora's slated directors withdrew.

And don't we think Boom Boom has a similar non-compete Ancora will have to pay out for him? Date: 04/20/24 06:08 Re: NS gains an unlikely ally Author: Lackawanna484 In many cases, the hiring company would pay or settle up with the company holding the non-compete.
In that situation, NS share owners would pay CSX. Now, to be cynical, would CSX be better off taking a cash settlement from NS, getting out from under 10 years of payments, and letting Me Boychuk run NS, Or would they be better off blocking the deal? Posted from Android |
