It's been in force for several months and I still haven't run across a copy.  Any suggesitons?

Have you asked your employer to give you a copy?  Or perhaps a web link? I understand a lot of railroad rulebooks and timetables are digital only now.

I am not one who works in the railroad industry, and I have not yet been able to find it on the internet. A digital copy is what I seek.
