Are the oil trains loaded in Natchez or loaded somewhere else

It can be both, but I'm not sure what (or how much) they're doing at present. I believe the primary traffic is/was oil loads to Natchez to be offloaded from rail cars to barges. There is more info at the following link, in the part about the Genesis terminals--
