MNJ Upgrade of Hudson Secondary

Circa 2012 the Middletown & New Jersey took over operations of the former L&HR Hudson Secondary from NS.  MNJ gof a grant to
upgrade the trackage, which runs between Warwick and the conection with NJ Transit at Hudson Jct., near Campbell Hall, NY.  Have
speeds been increased above 25 MPH?

The speeds have not increased above 25 to my knowledge.   I chased a daylight SU-99 about a month ago and it was quite easy to stay ahead of the train from Warwick north.
