Eastern Railroad Discussion > 20X (w/NS 1072 Illinois Terminal Heritage Unit) and 23G Today

After receiving heads-ups from TO's Pattenburg and Globalethanol about the 20X being led by the NS 1072 Illinois Terminal heritage unit I headed for a cemetery outside of Lyons, PA on the NS Reading Line.

I wasn't dissappointed as I was able to catch it and the 23G rolling across the fields of the East Penn Valley in one video!

This was a nice treat after camping with my kid's scout troop outside of Gettysburg for the weekend in the rain!

That was a great catch! Glad that first train wasn't over tonnage although a rear DPU would have helped. ;)

Have never seen so many empty well cars in one train.  First for everything.

We sure did!! I was worried a bit that they might be on opposite tracks and 23G would block 20X but it worked out perfectly!
