Eastern Railroad Discussion > Is this train a container record?Date: 10/27/24 12:11 Is this train a container record? Author: bmarti7 Earlier this afternoon I caught a southbound intermodel on the VRF cam going through Folkston. Leader was CSX 3184 (honoring law enforement), CSX 4569 and CSX 951 as a DP. 352 containers and trailers heading to Duval/Jax. Unsure of symbol.
PCBill Date: 10/27/24 13:51 Re: Is this train a container record? Author: florida581 It was I02506 and it was 12,671 ft long.

That would indicate some of those cars are interchanging to the FEC in JAX. B Date: 10/27/24 16:32 Re: Is this train a container record? Author: WM_1109 bmarti7 Wrote:

Author: CSX2605 Not a record. I've seen it before at almost 14,000' long. Here is I025 passing the farm on Saturday morning south of Vincennes, IN. Many times I025 will have a cut of autoracks on the head end. My understanding is these are Teslas going to Florida from California.
