Locomotive Bar 87 looks to be trying to relive its glory days as an operative GE locomotive by shooting flames out the roof on a chilly Saturday Nov 23 night in Pinehurst NC. In reality, it's just a decorative propane patio heater on one of the rooftop decks of 87.
