Chilly Morning on the NS Reading Line

It has turned cold and windy here in eastern PA and we're expecting a mostly nusance snowfall tomorrow.

This morning though the sun was shining! Temps were around 25F with a stiff wind when I caught 21W in Fleetwood, PA.
