I'm trying to figure out the CN local's operations in East Dubuque. I'm assuming they cross the river, drop off any interchange to BNSF on the siding toward the river, switch the chemical plant and industries along the river, pick up any cars that BNSF interchanges with the CN, and then go back across the river. Do I have this right?
