Where is the NS OCS going out of HAR today?

NS loco 3414 in town all day with three NS varnish cars. Any idea where they are headed, or why here? Also, an Amtrak Superliner has been here for a few days. Any idea why? It was out near the Mulberry St. bridge today, hooked onto an old Conrail switcher.
