Heads Up CSX New Castle Sub and east

At around 5PM today, a brand new Loram rail grinding train departed eastbound from the CSX yard at Willard, Ohio. This train, called as W042, is traveling track speed and is bound for Baltimore, Maryland to be loaded on a ship for delvery to Network Rail in the UK. The following thread has a photo by GPutz of a similar train that made the voyage east in July.
