CSX Safety Film???

Yesterday the NI Dispatcher was giving trains Form D's to go through the M Street tunnel in DC. He told them that CSX and other law enforcement were "making a film" at the tunnel entrance (Jersey Yard). Anyone else hear about this?

I did hear a few remarks about "checking out the portals" yesterday as I came back north on lite power/B701. There was also an "emergency" that turned out to be T104 with 108 cars, sent to M Street to wait on a northbound and surprise, only 80 cars will fit. They had to back the T104 all the way north to Chesapeake Junction. Was an interesting day indeed...
