Executive Highrail....Going in Style.

In the late 1960's, a group of Central New York rail enthusiasts including Dave Beers looked into buying a Lehigh valley branch between Cortland and Canastota, NY. Here, a LV "executive" highrailer cautiously explores the decaying track near New Woodstock. Alas, the deal was never completed and the branch was abandoned a few years later.
