Yesterday I saw Juniata Terminal 9276 (SW1500) running light EB over the approach to the Delaire Bridge where it crosses I-95. Does anyone know why or where it was headed?

It was going to the Chambers Generating Station in Carneys Point, NJ to fill in for one of their units that failed. Juniata Terminal has another unit working for General Electric Company's new distribution center in Belvidere, MD. Here is a pic of the 9275 working two weeks ago in the snow.
