Cumberland, MD Full of Foreign Power
Author: cinder

A cell phone call from "the man on the street" tells me that there are wing, flags, & flares, clean war pumpkins, and even a faded warbonnet plugging up main and yard tracks in the Cumberland area. The inclement weather leading to crew shortages should make for an unpredictable, but interesting weekend of trainwatching.
