Was the NS GP38 live and running? I had thought that all of the NS pre GP38-2s, save for a few ex Sou GP38ACs in the 2800 series, were retired last November, according to the Withers Publising NS Locomotive roster book. Many of the GP38s are sitting stored at Conway near Pittsburgh, where I have seen the 2922. It's good to see that the unit still has some life left in it.
