Anybody see the "Strates" train today?

Was wondering if anybody was out to see the James Strates Carnival train today enroute from Binghamton,NY to Harrisburg,PA? Where was the train going from Harrisburg? Was over in Hagerstown for part of the day today hoping it would show up but i gave up at 4:30 and went home due to deteriorating weather.

The show will be in Harrisburg from July 8-19.
