steamer in storage? I was in Staunton last summer and didn't even know about that shortline. The line then parallels U.S. 11 the better part of the way to Harrisonburg. Here is a link to a map that shows where the line connects...

We did a tour of the North Mountain sub during the C&OHS convention last year, but I don't think they mentioned that shortline at all. That's why I was surprised to hear about it ;^) |
