Washington County Railroad in Vermont
Author: qc-railfan

I followed the Newport - White River Jct train in Vermont (Washington County's Connecticut River Division, ex CP/Boston and Maine rail line) from St Johnsbury to White River Jct on Sept 30, 2004, along Hwy 5.
The southbound train had loco 202 with 13 cars in tow.
Here are some pics taken on the south end of the line around Pompanoosuc along the Connecticut River. Tie gangs were working north of White river Jct

Very nice... You just can't beat that scenery. Wish we had lines like that around here.

Beautiful pictures!

Question: how do you post multiple shots per message?

Thanks

I have Adobe Photoshop, and I use the feature "PHOTOMERGE". It is quite easy.

However, when I merge more than 2 pics, I am not able to post pics "full width of the screen", as shown on my third posting where I have 3 pics, even after trying to "resize" the pics to be wider... I don't know why....
