CSX Q16430 heads up {detour??}

Got word of the possibility of CSX Q164 detouring over NYS&W from Syracuse to Binghamton tonight and across the tier to NYC area. If this is so, power is UP's 9061 and 9093.

Sounds like one of the detours around the derailment at Little Falls, NY, east of Utica on the Mohawk Division.
