Cumberland MD Canal Fest

Is aynone planning to attend the 2005 Canal/Rail Fest this coming weekend? Entertainment, etc at the WM station and througout canl place. The nearby Model layout will be open and CSX is supposeldy holding an open house at the Cumberland shop facility.

I will gladly open the Hyndman cabs to guests (upon request) over the weekend as well.

Sounds good. The Art Train is parked at the WM station right now (if anyone cares)...Canal Fest is lots of fun for all - plenty of vendors, great food and music. C'mon by and enjoy our nice City if you have the chance.

I along with CSX4838 plan on departing fri. am (if weather is decent) railfanning the way down to Cumberland for the weekend. Hope there is more to CSX's open house this year than last.
