Eastern Railroad Discussion > Demolition of LM Cabin/Scioto TowerDate: 09/02/05 11:43 Demolition of LM Cabin/Scioto Tower Author: CSXT4447 Got a call from a buddy on a train today after he passed LM/Scioto Tower and said it's being dismantled. Roof is off and some siding has been taken down. Sure will be odd to view trains there without it (though I haven't been down there since it closed - some safety issues).

Used to visit Scioto Tower in the 1980's, most ops were friendly and I even managed to phtotograph the model board.
