Purchase a new BLI UNDEC in the CSX version, just go home and test the unit out and the front truck wheels do not turn. The back wheels of the rear truck turn fine.
Any Suggestions?

Take off shell and see if the drive shaft to front truck is either broken or is there and hooked up to the truck.

I had that happen to a RSD15. Opened the unit up and the gear tower truck clip was loose. Attached it properly and has worked fine since.
