KATO Parts website?

Has anyone here had any problems ordering parts from KATO's website?

I ordered a DASH 9 shell for my GEVO project about 10 days ago, and haven't seen any charge to my bank account, nor has the part showed up. I received a confirmation number, and I've e-mailed orders@katousa.com twice with no response?

Anyone else have similar experiences?

I order allot of Kato parts and sometimes it takes a month and sometimes a week.

Thanks Bruce, I'll stay the course. This T55 unit looks wierd without a cab, LOL!
