Upgrading a cab forward to DCC

I have an Intermountain Cab Forward (DCC Ready) and would like to install the Tsunami sound system and Decoder. Can someone recommend a speaker? Does the Tsunami decoder have a speaker included? If you have done this feat, advise is greatly appreciated.
