A project I'm working on calls for the Floquil variety. All other things being equal, I'd rather work with Polly Scale than Floquil, because I find acrylics much easier to work with. Author: Andre There will be a slight difference in shade and value due to the differences in the binders and solvents, that all being said the difference is not going that great that any one will notice especially with something like boxcar red which had a whole bunch of variations.
