Anyone have photos of 7400 , OMI came out with ? HO scale....

Don't feel bad. Ebay bidding gets out of hand from time to time. Plus Intermontain is currently discussing putting this model out in plastic.

I believe the reason this went so high was that they were only available to dealers. There were only 10 or 11 produced. They originally sold for 1300-1500 bucks!

Yes O scale people are crazy, might be a good time to put one of my Overland
MILW box cab sets up for bid, that oughta be good for a laugh.

Intermountain would have to modify their GEVO body to model the UP 7400. There are quite a few differences between the 2005 GEVO IM sells and the 2006 or 2007 model the 7400 is.

I want to do this unit, and I'm set, but I'm waiting on either IM or Athearn to release the late production GEVO models.

I hadn't looked at the models, the ES pre-prototypes came out in 2003 and the production
began in 2005 so the model had to have been an early version.
