Yes its an old Bachmann Metroliner.

Bachman Metroliner shell. You might check the front coupler opening. If there is a wide area where a swing type coupler was used then it's a later run. If a box (body mount) then it's the original run shell.

Well, yeah, sort of -- the "Amfleet cab cars" were converted Metroliner MUs.
