Intermountain Peabody Coal U18B's Real or Fantasy?
Author: AustralianTerrier

Intermountain has announced its doing U18B's in Peabody's cream and aqua lettered for the Lynnville Mine. I can't find ANY photographs or documentation that Peabody has ever owned U18B's. So are these models of actual units or fantasy to fill out a production run?

Based on the Wiki entry for the U18B, I believe this scheme to be a fantasy.

from everything I have ever seen including the motive power(2-GP-9's) my boss bought from Lynnville, it has never had U-18B's. The Squaw Creek operation had two U33C's though.
