Scalecoat paint question?

Can someone explain the difference between Scalecoat I Railroad Paint Weathering Color Grime #1 and Grime #2?
I am looking to paint some brass locomotives and I want a weathered black look. Thanks

Loco Grime #1 is a tan color.

Loco Grime #2 is a gray color, very similar to Great Northern's green/gray used on their sky blue locomotives.
