Model Railroading > more SP "what if's"...Date: 11/28/12 01:26 more SP "what if's"... Author: Fizzboy7 I think the black widow scheme would have worked very well on later SP units. Subtle, classy, and industrial all in one. Thoughts?

I keep telling you to get rid of that Toy Store Wallpaper backdrop and paint yourself up one with some real California scenery! - LOL!! Blackwidow T-2s? Why not. That paint scheme would look good on just about any road unit. (To my S.P. eyes the only thing I would have added is the Red frame strip) Gary Edited 2 time(s). Last edit at 11/29/12 09:34 by P5r24. And I bet they would look a lot cleaner with black widow paint.! Date: 11/28/12 21:14 Re: more SP "what if's"... Author: ssloansjca As I remember those old black widows could get ragged looking too.
Definitely needs a red stripe! ~Steve Sloan Edited 1 time(s). Last edit at 11/28/12 21:15 by ssloansjca. Date: 11/29/12 09:39 Re: more SP "what if's"... Author: StStephen Always liked the Black Widow, but also thought it could use a little dressing up. The colors don't quite come out right on this print: should be an orange band on the top.
