They have come through with some nice models.

The freaking GEVOs arent even out, nor the GP60s that were due over a year ago. Most N scalers unless its something Milwaukee Road have little faith on Fox Valley delivering their stuff in a timely fashion. Date: 01/25/13 14:20 Re: Fox Valley Models 2013 Future Projects Author: bnsfsd70 Fortunately, there's nothing here that I'll need. I'll take one or two more Iowa Interstate GEVO's and one of the McCloud Rwy. boxes that're supposedly on their way shortly, and that should be the end of that.

Likewise - I'm still waiting on them to get IAIS 504 and 509 to market. Those were only supposed to be out a year ago now (preorder deadline was November 2011, I think). That said, six isn't really going to be enough (the first three, the next two that aren't out, and 513), so I'm either going to have to renumber a couple more or wait for them to release more numbers. Yeah, I'm going to need to pick up a 513 eventually, but its bit a necessity right now, and they're not that hard to find. The rest of them seem to be MUCH harder to find second-hand, along with the Atlas 700's. The next engine purchase for me will be a Metra F40 from Kato. - Jeff Posted from iPhone |
