Is that UP 9564 a Kato? How did you or the owner do the seamless removal of the nose door window?

I worked on the Dash-9 a couple years back, but IIRC, I removed the window glass part and inserted a trimmed and filed square of styrene. Then added a little body putty to fill in any last gaps. The area was sanded and touched up with UP yellow paint, sorry don't remember the brand.
