Model Railroading > Preserving the SP in HO scale: Switcher SundayDate: 04/06/14 10:55 Preserving the SP in HO scale: Switcher Sunday Author: P5r24 Its early in the morning as we catch the S.P. 1466, an Alco S4, hard at work
shoving the power for todays First-99 fresh off the refueling & sanding tracks back down into the #1 passenger lead. Meanwhile the S.P. 1000, an EMD SW1, pulls the first half of todays consist out on the #2 lead to shove back & double over onto the last half of the train tied down on the #3 passenger lead. Soon the graceful set of Alco Pas will be in full charge as they get the first section of the "Worlds most Beautiful Train" underway and out of town on time. Gary Edited 1 time(s).
