Model Railroading > Texas girls are Livin' Large tooDate: 07/23/14 11:25 Texas girls are Livin' Large too Author: WrongWayMurphy Check out the "generator" on the end of the train
FYI I have changed my former "argyleeagle" handle since I no longer live in Argyle, TX. This one was given to me in 8th grade. I played safety on our 8th grade football team and one game there was a fumble by the other team, the ball got kicked around in total chaos, I finally picked it up and ran the wrong way about 30 yards until I realized what was happening, then gained back about 10 yards our way. Even though I recovered the fumble for OUR TEAM, our coach was furious and benched me the rest of the game. Needless to say my teammates had a lot of fun with me after that and fondly gave me this nickname. I was glad for high school graduation just so the name would get a reset. It has only taken me 50 years to accept it again...... You must be a registered subscriber to watch videos. Join Today! Didn't Jim Marshall of the Vikings do this, but went the entire way? Tom Y > > Even though I recovered the fumble for OUR TEAM, > our coach was furious and benched > me the rest of the game.
