Aristo Craft rebooted?

October issue of Garden Railways just arrived in the mail. Opposite the table of contents is a full-page ad for "Polks GeneratioNeXt" (dot com). Website looks like it is a work in progress, but the limited stock advertised looks to be Aristo stock. It also appears that the new entity has been kept in the Polk family to some extent.

Anybody know the story beyond the basics? I certainly wish them success.
