Did you buy a undec airslide from Athearn? I used to think the E&B Valley kit was the best rendition of this car and for years it was way ahead of its' time as a early 80ies tooling example if you replaced the roofwalk. I had a couple of Athearn airslides that I stripped off the lettering (I forget what railroad they were) and repainted to do this project.. I have another airslide for the Kansas Milling Company on the work bench...
