Amtrak Superliner PH III interiors color

I have a train of Kato Superliners. The interior is molded in a tan color. Is it safe to assume that is not correct and should be blue?

Superliner windows tend to be tinted very dark and thus hard to see into. I just tint mine dark.

Phase III, seats will be brown, headrests will be bright red. Something like this: http://history.amtrak.com/archives/superliner-i-dining-car-1970s

Nearly all of my passenger cars have black windows. The exception is my brass el Cap set whig has tinted greenish windows.
