It was an annual event for my family for about 5 years back in the 50s. I had to be around 7 years old for my last visit.

My Dad took me many times starting around 1963 or 64.
I've only known the NYSME since they have been in Carlstadt.
The NYSME layout is a big reason why 58 years later "I still play with trains".
