I see that funnelfan jumped the gun today.
Freight Load Friday edition.  None of the tractors are glued down.  All tied down.

Hello,

I haven't seen this before and don't know about B&O's practices in that era, can someone tell me if B&O actually had the "XM" initials as part of those car numbers?  The only time I've seen that on other RRs was in cases where cars were only for company service (MOW, mechanical, etc), not revenue and/or interchange service.

Thanks,

Mark

This is an Athearn car and that is the way it came.  I am not a huge stickler in that regard.  It fills a need and that is it.

That first picture makes me melancholy... It reminds me of my ex-girlfriend.... She ran off with a tractor salesman..... Sent me a "John Deere letter"! (Parump-bump)

Nice tie-downs. But you gotta paint those steering wheel shafts and paint out the M of W initials.
