Model Railroading > new Athearn announcements are up

All HO:   Looks like more SD45T-2's, SD70/M/75M's, some new trainsets, 50' FGE boxcar, 20.9k gal acid tankers, 85' TOFC flats, 53' Wabash trailers, and 36' wood reefers.   None of the PDF's work for me, and some of the website links are also duds.  Probably just put them up and still working on them.

I can't wait to get some Sd75's for Santa Fe, the due date say's late June I wish...

Ugh, still no genesis SP SD9Es....

Would like to see some 86ft boxcars. I know Walthers has the Pullman version. Kinda like to see how Athearn's would look.

I don't think that we will see them for a long tme, if ever. 

Almost all of their locomotives seem to be rehashing old tooling, or locomotives that can be built using the same tooling. 

Even the number of newly tooled frieght cars has dwindled down drastically. 

The GP9s were supposedly old Front Range tooling.
