Kitbashing a Tangent X58 into a CB&Q XML Boxcar

Just an update on the progress so far, the first four pictures show the model after all the decals were done and the remainder show in progress weathering.

Thanks guys for your more than generous comments!

Dilworth - Don't laugh but I used Rust-Oleum brown spray paint, I had to get a brown base and then bring it back towards a mottled red to match the weathering on the prototype I was after. The base paint never matters to me, its where I bring it to at the end of the project that I'm more worried about.
