Model Railroading > Track cleaning on my small layout

I purchased a lot of rolling stock before I actually put a layout together and a couple years ago a friend gave me this EZ track to experiment with, It fit the bill with me b/c I like running the trains more than the Scenicking , so this is the running part of it, there is a 4 trk 2 wall yard and another 2x8 yard in another room, there are 3 xovers up front and when the switchers are working all the road freights are in the background, Was going to be a video but was taking to long to load.

Looks like you are enjoying your layout do hope that the other comment was in jest as everyone doesnt like the same thing about railroading. It a hobby and what makes you happy is important.

 Thank you, yes I'm enjoying it, I want to do another layout but without a duck under, in the meantime this works

Yep! Something for everyone. Some like painting and decaling, some like scenery, hand-laying track and others panel track. It's what makes you happy at any age. I'm 58 and I fit all the above at one time in my hobby life since I was around 5 years old.

Having a hobby after you retire is very important to keep the mind going,  and seeing how this hobby has modernized with DCC is mindblowing, who would have thought, I'm expecting a 1/87th Enterprise to land soon !!!

May you live long and prosper! I'm to old and have to much stuff to add in DCC, it's hard to teach old dogs new tricks! I have a large fleet of well tuned Hobbytowns and Blue Box and old Atlas to switch over, happy with good old reliable DC.
