Atlas Alco H600 Decoder Install

I've just bought an HO Atlas H600. I'm trying to figure out if the hood body detaches from the sill, or do I have to remove the sill and body assembly from the chasis? The drawing looks like the body is attached with several slide-in clips but I don't want to force it

I've already got a tiny Digitrax DZ126PS that I'm 99% sure will fit under the hood.

The hood and the sill are one part to be removed. Do not forget to carefully remove the chains at the trucks first.

And thank you, Larry. A picture is worth a thousand words once again.

I had taken the coupler pockets off to install Kadee's, and first assumed this was the way to the light board, but the body felt too snug. Time to give it another (careful) yank.
