San Joaquin Daylight

Never really seen any posts on  Athearn's latest version of their Mt-4 in daylight paint so I thought I would share a photo of mine.  Overall I think Athearn did an excellent job.  There are a few
things that I changed/ added to correct the locomotive to give it a more accurate prototypical appearance.  If you would like to see what I did here's a link to my website;

How could Athearn miss the blowdowns, they're SP icons?

My guess is that it might have clearance issues with the trailing truck on curves.

Man, I wish someone would make one of these in N scale!

Nice looking engine there. (I like the RPO too!)

Thanks for the PDF regarding mods, Ryan! I'll employ it when I finally get my Semi-Yellow Jacket out of the box.
